We stand behind our work. Every residential floor we install is backed by a lifetime warranty against product and workmanship defects.
What's Covered
Peeling or delamination from the concrete substrate
Hot tire pickup (coating lifting with tires)
Bubbling or blistering resulting from product or workmanship defect
Staining from incidental automotive fluid spills (oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze, gasoline) cleaned within a reasonable time
Workmanship defects resulting in premature failure
Color fading due to UV exposure on UV-stable top coat systems
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear from foot and vehicle traffic
Damage from impact (dropped tools, heavy objects)
Scratches from items dragged across the floor without protective pads
Chemical spills left sitting for extended periods
Damage from improper cleaning methods (pressure washing, abrasive pads, acidic cleaners)
Substrate failure (concrete cracking, settling, or expansion joint movement)
Damage from natural disasters (flooding, fire, extreme weather)
Modifications to the coating by anyone other than Crest Epoxy Solutions
Maintaining Your Warranty
Proper care keeps your floor looking great and your warranty intact. The good news: epoxy floors are extremely low-maintenance.
- Sweep or dust mop regularly to remove dirt and debris
- Damp mop with a pH-neutral cleaner (no vinegar, citrus, or harsh detergents)
- Clean up chemical spills promptly
- Use protective pads under furniture legs, jack stands, and heavy equipment
- Do not use pressure washers, abrasive pads, or steel wool on the coating

We schedule a visit to assess the floor and determine the cause of the issue.
Resolution
If the issue is covered under warranty, we repair or recoat the affected area at no cost to you.
